I have been involved in fitness for 15+ years, but before that, I grew up with a weight problem and distorted ideas around food and exercise.  Finally, after my second son was born, I found myself fat, unhealthy, and determined to make a lasting lifestyle change.  Ever since, I've been dedicated to uncovering the mystery that surrounds weight loss and fitness for many.

My methods approach health and fitness holistically, providing support for your weight loss efforts through exercise, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and success strategies.  Of the 24 hours you have every day, only one of those on some days will be spent exercising - yet decisions you make in the other 23 influence your results.  I address all of these, finally providing a Clear Path to your ideal fitness and healthy lifestyle.
